This policy explains what information Togethread collects when you use togethread.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to quote your order and reply to you.
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and handle your request. They process data only to provide their service:

We never enter or store your full payment-card details — payments are handled directly by PayPal under their own terms.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies by default. If analytics is enabled, it may set a basic measurement cookie; you can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to request a quote.
We keep inquiry and order correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet basic record-keeping needs, then delete it on request.
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information you've shared at any time. Email hello@togethread.com and we'll take care of it.
Our service is for organizations and adults arranging group orders; it is not directed at children under 13.
