Questions organizers ask before starting

What is the minimum order for church shirts?

The minimum is 50 pieces. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed in the same order, and different sizes of the same design count together.

How early should we order for VBS, camp, or a mission trip?

Start about 5–6 weeks before you need the shirts. That leaves room to collect sizes, approve the design, produce the order, inspect it, and follow the delivery plan confirmed in writing.

Can you work from a theme, ministry name, or rough sketch?

Yes. Send the theme, colors, church or ministry name, and any artwork you have. A real designer reviews the brief, with first-mockup timing confirmed in writing.

Can youth shirts, adult shirts, and leader polos share one design?

Yes. We can carry one visual system across different garments. Tell us which pieces belong to students, leaders, or volunteers and we will show the placements before production.

Can you print a Bible verse or church logo?

Yes, when you own the logo or have permission to use the artwork and text. Please double-check the exact wording and translation before approving the mockup.
